Terms & Conditions for Honour Wholeness App

Welcome to the Honour Wholeness app! By using our app, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.


1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Honour Wholeness app, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have obtained parental/guardian consent if under 18.


2. Services Provided

The Honour Wholeness app allows users to:

  • Create and manage an account.
  • Book fitness classes and other services.
  • Make payments via wallet or credit card.

We may modify or discontinue any part of our services without prior notice.


3. User Responsibilities

By using the app, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Keep your account credentials secure.
  • Not use the app for unlawful purposes.
  • Adhere to booking policies and respect cancellation rules.

4. Payments

Payments can be made through the app using the in-app wallet or a valid credit card.

Payment details are securely processed through third-party gateways.

Refunds, if applicable, are subject to the terms outlined in the Refund Policy.


5. Refund Policy

Regular Classes

Cancellations made at least 3 hours before the class start time will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within the 3-hour window before the class start time will result in a forfeited class fee, with no refunds.

Cancellations must be made directly through the app, which allows cancellations up to 3 hours before the class start time.

Masterclasses, Events, and Workshops

All bookings for events, workshops, and masterclasses are non-refundable.

Memberships, Class Packages, and Service Packs

Once purchased, memberships, class packages, and service packs are non-refundable, unless explicitly overridden by the Honour Wholeness admin or studio manager. Requests for exceptions must be submitted through customer support, and approval is not guaranteed.

Refund Processing

Refunds for eligible cancellations will be credited back to the user’s in-app wallet or the original payment method, as determined by the admin. Processing times may vary.


6. Booking Policies

Bookings are confirmed only after payment is successfully processed.

Refunds or rescheduling for regular classes follow the conditions outlined in the Refund Policy.

Masterclasses, events, and workshops are final sale, with no refunds or rescheduling permitted.

In-app notifications or emails will confirm all booking cancellations and any applicable refunds.


7. Intellectual Property

All content on the app, including text, graphics, and software, is owned by Honour Wholeness or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, or reproduce content without written permission.


8. Limitation of Liability

Honour Wholeness is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages resulting from app usage.
  • Service interruptions or payment gateway issues.
  • Injuries sustained during fitness classes or related activities.

9. Termination of Account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms.
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
  • The app is discontinued or your account becomes inactive.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the app after updates indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.


11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Qatar. Any disputes arising from or related to the use of the Honour Wholeness app shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Qatar.
